Delivery Promise

We deliver across the UAE. Goods are packed securely to preserve product integrity and accompanied by proof of delivery signed and confirmed by the customer.

Delivery Policy

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days. UAE delivery fees will be a flat rate of AED 150 for orders below AED 1000. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Fulfillment Notice

Certain products (specialty, bulk, or heavy items) may require additional fulfillment time. The estimated delivery timeline will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Self-Pickup

You may collect your order directly from either of our warehouses. Please call ahead to confirm pickup availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time. Our customer support team is available to assist with any delivery-related queries.

Order Cancellations

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Refunds will be made back to the payment method used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed by the issuing bank.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery.
